Toward the and of the project we did a critique witch the purpose of this critique was to get advice on how to make your art piece better.
I did the logo piece of this project not one of the other pieces becaus desighing a logo has always been appealuing to me.
The experience of freedom on this project as kind of hard because I was always afraid I was going to do something wrong in some way.
I could use these skills in the future if I got a job in logo design.
UNDERSTANDING SCALE AND PROPORTION: FOREGROUND,
MIDDLEGROUND, & BACKGROUND
Scale is when a object that is up close appears larger, thicker and more define with texture compared to a object farther back were the object appears smaller, thinner, with less detail and texture. The scale in image is the dominance or the larger so somehting foreground is larger so its at the front of the scale.

In the original image the girls hair is blonde and her teeth are normal. In the photo shopped image the girl has turquoise and reddish hair and pointy teeth. The steps I took for the teeth was selecting them using the pen tool and then warping them into the shape of fangs. The steps I took for the hair was using the paint bush at low hardness half occupacity and full flow on a soft light layer.

Do you feel you met or approached the project rational? Use evidence explaining why or why not.
I feel that I met the project rational. I feel i met the project rationale because I took notes on the art history lecture, I sketch my drawing, I scanned my drawing to make it digital, I changed the image setup in photoshop and finished by tracing the sketch in adobe illustrator. The rationale of this project was learning you could draw if you didn't think you could before, learning about the history of art, continuing work in photoshop, leaning to scan, and introducing and learning adobe illustrator.
What is considered art?
To me art is something someone creates “out of scratch”. An example is the wolf project. I started with a blank piece of paper and finished with a beautiful piece of artwork. The steps to this were drawing a wolf or other prehistoric creature, then scanning your drawing, next I traced my wolf in adobe illustrator, after that I printed my illustrator trace, last we made yucca brushes and painted are traces with a mix of oil pastel and water to make paint.
Letter Portrait
When we did the letter portrait we started by going out around our school and taking pictures of the thing that looked like each letter in are name or we used pictures we already had. Then we used Photoshop to crop if we needed and place them all on one document. After that we added filters to the final and made it black and white. At the end we printed them.
